New Jersey is Here to Stay!: New Jersey and Home Owning, Perfect Together! 0 $...

New Jersey Home Sales are on the rise.

Home sales up, Interest rate still low.
Interest rates should remain steady, no rapid rise

Property listings already have decreased. As an example about this time last year Manville had over 100 listings, today approximately 64, most of these homes have sold.

Spring is nearing and  as the saying goes, Sales Spring Forward!

U R Home offers free consultation of your home, either in person or by phone.

Remember by phone is much harder unless you supply pictures and more details in order for us to give you an accurate value.

What does a knowledgeable Realtor or Broker do for You?

To put things in order so that Sellers and Buyers can understand why Brokers/Realtors earns a commission. Here are some not all of the duties of Brokers/Realtors.

  1. A Realtor must have earned their license by completing Real Estate Courses which once completed must then pass the school test in order to qualify to take the state exam.
  2. A Broker must work three years full time in real estate without working any other job for more than part time and no greater than 20 hours a week in addition cannot be your main source of income in order to qualify to go back to school at which point they must pass the school exam in order to qualify to take the state exam.
  3. A Broker or Realtor must have updated information about new rules and regulations as well as being experienced with many different types of sales contracts, rental contracts, and have working knowledge about mortgages.
  4. A Broker or Realtor must have up to date information on procedures when dealing with township rules, condo associations, land regulations, home inspections, well or septic regulations.
  5. A Broker must have more experience and training in addition to all of the above.

The qualifications above are just some of what a Broker or Realtor goes through in order to be experienced in the real estate Industry.  It should be noted that a Broker or Realtor does not get paid no matter how many hours a week they work until they sell or rent a home. It doesn’t matter how far they’ve driven, how much time they spent or how many months they work, if they don’t sell or rent anything then all the time effort or money invested in Real Estate earns them absolutely no money.

A Broker or Realtor must put forth the most honest, unselfish, trust worthy efforts to provide the best possible experienced knowledge and service to their clients.
